Who runs it and what you are buying
The tournament is run by Iván Navarro Pascual (Spanish tax ID 74389315R, Calle de Cronos 20, 28037 Madrid (España)). When you enter, you are buying a place in the draw at your level: we assign your opponent, track the matches and settle any incidents.
The court and the balls are not included. Each pair of players arranges a time that suits them and splits the cost.
Who can enter
Anyone aged 18 or over with an account in their own name. A real phone number is required, because your opponent uses it to arrange the match.
How you enter and how you pay
- You pick a tournament. Before paying you see the price for that edition, VAT included.
- Signing up saves your place without paying anything. If your draw reaches the edition’s minimum number of players when sign-up closes, we email you.
- From the close you have 48 hours to pay on Stripe, by card. We never see your card details. After that your place goes back into the pool.
- If your draw does not reach the minimum, you pay nothing.
- Once Stripe confirms the payment your place is confirmed and you get an email. The contract stays linked to your account and you can check it from the app.
- The contract is made in Spanish or English, whichever language you have set.
If the draw is full
You join the waiting list without paying anything. If a place comes up we email you and you have 48 hours to take it. If you do not, it passes to the next person.
Refunds
Entry fees are not refunded. If you sign up and then cannot play, the money stays with the tournament: your place kept another player out.
We refund the full amount only if the tournament is not played, meaning your draw does not reach the edition’s minimum number of players or we cancel it. The money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within ten days.
If you end up unable to play, tell us and tell your opponent. You do not get the money back, but you do not leave anyone waiting either.
On the right of withdrawal: a tournament with set dates is a leisure service of the kind covered by article 103.l of the Spanish consumer protection act, so the 14 day withdrawal right does not apply. We mention it here so you know before you sign up.
How matches work
- The away player contacts the home player. The app shows you their phone number while the match is live.
- Every match has a deadline. If it passes without a match, the home player wins by walkover, unless the away player has logged an incident.
- Either player submits the score and the other confirms it. With no reply in 24 hours, the score stands.
- Disputes and odd cases are settled by the organiser, and that decision is final.
- Anyone who repeatedly fails to show up, fakes results or mistreats another player is removed, with no refund.
Prizes
Each edition states on its page what the prizes are and who gets them. Prizes in kind are shipped to the address you give us and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Changes and cancellations
We may move dates or adjust the draws if that is what it takes to get the tournament played, and we email you about it. If we cancel the tournament, you get your money back.
Complaints
Write to [email protected] and we will answer. If we cannot sort it out between us, you can go to the consumer affairs office in your region or to the courts where you live. Spanish law applies.
